Register
Your name, a webpage, an email, and whether you are a mentee or a mentor. You will be sent an email asking you to confirm your registration.
Mentee-Mentor is designed to facilitate matching of mentees (30 or under) with mentors (40 over). The objective is for mentors to help mentees navigate their early career -- as student, postdoc, junior professor or junior employee. Registration just akes a few moments. Mentors and mentees make their own arrangements, which need not be time consuming. For example, they might just agree to check in with each other via video chat for 15 minutes a month.
The process is fully automated. It operates on a first come / first serve basis, with the proviso that two people who have been matched before are never matched again. When a match becomes available, mentor and mentee are informed by email. You can request a new match (Restart), update your information (Replace), or leave (Remove), at any time.

Both of you receive an email with the other's name, email and webpage.

Request a 24-hour link by email to restart, replace your details or category, or remove yourself entirely.
